本书中文名为《城市居民对会展产业发展的感知》。如今会展俨然已成为了一个旅游经济的代名词，不管是对国家、地区，还是城市来说，发展会展就意味着巨大的经济效益，而城市居民的感知态度通常是城市发展这一经济产业的重要基础之一。故会展作为一个成熟的旅游形式（通常包括会议，奖励旅游，研讨会和展览meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions简称MICE)，可以通过城市居民对其相关联的经济、社会文化以及资源环境的效应感知态度来了解城市居民对此的支持现状及发展方向。本书以杭州城市居民为主要研究对象，通过“定性和定量分析法”来了解城市居民是如何感知和评定会展产业的发展对城市的各方面及居民日常生活的影响。调查结果显示了许多不同领域的观点，其中一个较为普遍的观点是“利益感知的权衡取舍”或者可以解释成“两利相较取其重”。以此可以发现城市居民即便了解会展所能带来的负面影响，比如游客的大量增加、环境的破坏、城市拥堵的恶化等，但城市居民对正面效应例如经济效应，城市知名度提升的关注依然超过了对负面影响的关注。

周超，女，1979年出生，浙江杭州人，祖籍江苏徐州，现为浙江外国语学院教师。本科专业为传媒，曾任浙江电视台经济生活频道“之江新闻”编辑记者。后出国留学至新西兰怀卡托大学，获管理学-旅游管理硕士及博士学位。在新西兰期间师从知名旅游界学者世界三大旅游学术杂志之一《Tourism Management》（《旅游管理》）主编Chris Ryan教授。研究方向主要围绕会展市场发展，文化节庆旅游，乡村旅游等。
